Unfortunately for some people, no amount of exercise can guarantee them a good night of sleep. When unable to get a restful night of sleep, people naturally become tired and irritable throughout the day. When you are able to be well rested you will have more energy and this helps motivate many people into the gym.

Therefore the surface on which we sleep is very important – yet often overlooked. There is an array of mattresses available however the most comfortable by far has to be the memory foam mattress, which moulds to your shape, relieves pressure and reacts to your body temperature. These are commonly available in all good bed stores and are recommended by doctors and physiotherapists as a solution to restless nights.
